- 2 oz Ben Holladay BiB Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- Egg white
How to Mix:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Dry Shake for 10-15 seconds
- Add ice to the shaker tin
- Shake for another 10-15 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
- Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a frozen coupe glass
- Express a lime peel over the coupe glass
- Garnish with the lime peel
