🇹🇳 MEDINA SPICE MANHATTAN 🇹🇳

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ben Holladay BiB Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Date Syrup
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Pinch Cardamom

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Stir for 15-20 revolutions
  3. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a frozen coupe glass
  4. Express an orange peel over the rocks glass
  5. Garnish with the orange peel and a date

🇳🇱 DUTCH ORCHARD SPRITZ 🇳🇱

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Broker’s London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Hard Apple Cider
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • Top with Sparkling Wine

How to Mix:

  1. Add Broker’s London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, and ice to a shaker tin
  2. Shake for 10-15 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  3. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a stemless wine glass with fresh ice
  4. Pour in hard apple cider
  5. Top with sparkling wine
  6. Stir for 10-15 revolutions
  7. Garnish with fresh apple slices

🇦🇷 PATAGONIA EMBER 🇦🇷

Ingredients:

  • 2.0 oz Holladay Soft Red Wheat BiB Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Malbec Reduction
  • 0.25 oz Smoked Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Stir for 15-20 revolutions
  3. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
  4. Express an orange peel over the rocks glass
  5. Garnish with the orange peel and a sprig of rosemary

🇩🇿 SAHARA MINT CITRUS 🇩🇿

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Broker’s London Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
  • Fresh mint
  • Orange blossom water (2–3 drops)

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  2. Add ice to the shaker tin
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  4. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
  5. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint

🇪🇨 QUITO SPICE SOUR 🇪🇨

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ben Holladay BiB Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • Egg white

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  2. Dry Shake for 10-15 seconds
  3. Add ice to the shaker tin
  4. Shake for another 10-15 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  5. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a frozen coupe glass
  6. Express a lime peel over the coupe glass
  7. Garnish with the lime peel

🇨🇼 ISLAND CITRUS HIGHBALL 🇨🇼

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz 360 Pineapple Flavored Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Dry Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • Top with Club Soda

How to Mix:

  1. Add 360 Pineapple Flavored Vodka, dry curaçao, lime juice, and ice to a shaker tin
  2. Shake for 15-20 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  3. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a Collins glass with fresh ice
  4. Top with club soda
  5. Garnish with a pineapple frond

🇦🇹 VIENNA NIGHTCAP 🇦🇹

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Holladay Soft Red Wheat BiB Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Coffee Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Espresso
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  2. Add ice to the shaker tin
  3. Shake for 20-25 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  4. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a frozen coupe glass
  5. Garnish with 3 espresso beans

🇬🇧 PROPER LONDON SPRITZ 🇬🇧

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Earl Grey infused Broker’s London Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
  • Top with Sparkling Wine

How to Mix:

  1. Infuse Broker’s London Dry Gin with Earl Grey Tea
  2. Add infused Broker’s Gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ice to a shaker tin
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  4. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a Collins glass with fresh ice
  5. Top with sparkling wine
  6. Express a lemon peel over the Collins glass
  7. Garnish with the lemon peel
