Ingredients:

  • 2.0 oz Holladay Soft Red Wheat BiB Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Malbec Reduction
  • 0.25 oz Smoked Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Stir for 15-20 revolutions
  3. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
  4. Express an orange peel over the rocks glass
  5. Garnish with the orange peel and a sprig of rosemary

  • 0.75 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice

  • Fresh mint
  • Orange blossom water (2–3 drops)

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  2. Add ice to the shaker tin
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  4. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
  5. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint

🇪🇨 QUITO SPICE SOUR 🇪🇨

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ben Holladay BiB Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • Egg white

How to Mix:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  2. Dry Shake for 10-15 seconds
  3. Add ice to the shaker tin
  4. Shake for another 10-15 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled
  5. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a frozen coupe glass
  6. Express a lime peel over the coupe glass
  7. Garnish with the lime peel
