Warehouse E at the Holladay Distillery can hold up to 100 guests seated and 150 guests standing.
As part of your rental rate, Holladay Distillery will provide event security for the duration of your event. Event security is required for all events at the Holladay Distillery. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and staff at the Holladay Distillery.
The renter will be responsible for the set-up and clean-up of all decorations or items brought in by the renter for the event. Renter agrees not to nail, screw, staple, tack or glue anything to Holladay Distillery property. Glitter and confetti are also prohibited. Candles must be enclosed and away from flammable materials. Sparklers and fireworks are not allowed on Holladay Distillery property. All decorations are to be removed by the end of the rental period.
The renter may have access to the event space to setup two hours prior to the scheduled event.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside of the event center near the fountain. There is no smoking allowed in the Holladay Distillery event space or parking lot.
There are 88 parking spaces available for the guests attending your special event. Group transportation is encouraged if at all possible. Satellite parking for additional cars may be arranged if needed. No vehicles may be left on the property overnight.
If the renter is hosting an event Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., guests will be required to park at the Holladay Welcome Center. Transportation will be provided to the event center.
The client and all vendors are required to leave the event center at the Holladay Distillery clean. All individuals using the catering kitchen are responsible for leaving all catering kitchen surfaces and sinks wiped clean and the floor swept. All trash must be placed in designated trash bins and all food must be removed. All decorations and personal items must be removed from the event center.
Beverage packages are available to suit the needs of your special event. All alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages will be coordinated and provided by the Holladay Distillery. No outside alcohol will be allowed on the premises.
All guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. ID will be required to consume alcohol.
