Michael Veach, Bourbon historian and Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame inductee, is bringing the Bourbon Country Institute to Weston, Missouri! The curriculum will cover the history of bourbon as well as education on whiskey tasting. Michael will break down the differences between various classifications of whiskey, bourbon, and brandy. Students will sample a total of nine different whiskeys throughout the session.
The duration of the class will last approximately six hours and will conclude with a celebratory Holladay Toast upon graduation. Lunch will be provided and students will walk away with a Bourbon Country Institute “diploma” and a Holladay Distillery swag bag.
