BOULEVARD BREWING CO. + HOLLADAY DISTILLERY TOUR

We are excited to extend our partnership with Boulevard Brewing beyond the barrel and into the Tours & Rec Center! Join us for a unique experience starting with Boulevard’s beginnings and following their path to becoming one of America’s most extensive barrel-aging beer programs.

Your journey begins at Boulevard where guests will tour the brewing facility and sample beers. Then grab a “roadie” for the bus ride to the historic Holladay Distillery in Weston, MO.

Enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Holladay detailing the life of a barrel: from cooperage delivery to stillhouse, to rickhouse, to Boulevard’s barrel-aging program, it’s an impressive lifecycle!

Guests will enjoy a Holladay “walktail” during their tour and participate in an exclusive bourbon tasting, including an expression from Master Distiller Kyle Merkein’s Ancient Cave Collection. Snacks & water will be provided for the return trip to Boulevard in KC, MO.
